OB/GYN Site Director OB Hospitalists Location: Near Glen Rose, TX (Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex)Schedule: Full-Time Leadership Role We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician to serve as Site Director for our OB Hospitalist team in the thriving Dallas region. This is a career-defining leadership opportunity for a collaborative, mission-driven physician ready to shape clinical outcomes, lead teams, and deliver exceptional women s health care in a hospital-based setting. Lead and manage a dedicated team of OB Hospitalists to achieve clinical excellence. Work closely with the Regional Medical Director and hospital leadership to deliver outstanding patient and provider outcomes. Develop strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administrative staff. Collaborate with hospital and division leadership to optimize program financial performance. Qualified Candidates: Must have board certification. Possess a Texas medical license or be eligible to obtain one. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication. Preferably have at least two years of clinical experience, with leadership experience considered an advantage.
