Position Highlights:

• Specialty: Family Medicine Advanced Practice

• Setting: Employee Health Clinic

• Schedule: Varying shifts, typically 6:45 AM 7:15 PM

• Patient Load: Approx. 16 patients/day (ages 2+)

• Duration: ASAP July 28, 2025 (extension possible)

• Temp-to-Perm Option: Yes

• Travel & Housing: Provided, if needed

• Support: Full credentialing, onboarding, and hospital privileges assistance
