Gender Wellness Family Medicine Opportunity in Oneonta, NYSpecialty: Family Medicine Location: Oneonta, NY Facility Type: Outpatient Family Practice / Gender Wellness Center Job Type: Permanent Details: Join a well-established practice providing primary care to cisgender and transgender/gender-diverse (TGD) patients Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including 4 FM physicians and 3 mental health providers Provide full-spectrum, evidence-based primary care including gender-affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppression Opportunity to participate in a one-year, clinic-based fellowship through the NY State DOH Transgender Clinical Scholars Training Program (TCST) Fellowship includes didactics, case reviews, interdisciplinary rounds, and curriculum tailored to experience level Weekly half-day dedicated to self-study and professional development Engage in DEI and health equity initiatives within a supportive, mission-driven team Schedule: Full-time outpatient No inpatient responsibilities Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $320,000 $374,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 Residency stipend up to $45,000 Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B welcome) Additional Highlights: Rural, academic setting affiliated with Columbia University Access to a large network with resources for professional growth and education Serve a diverse patient population while making a meaningful impact on health equity Estimated pay range/amount is $320,000 - $374,000.
