Enterprise Medical Recruiting has an excellent opportunity to join a growing team of anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists in northern Ohio.The health system is designated as a Level II Trauma Center, treating complex cases, including neurosurgery, open-heart surgery, and complex fractures, and has a robust obstetrics department with a Level II Nursery.

Practice Details

• Salary starts at 225K and increases with experience
• Overtime pay of 185/hr for anything over 80 hrs/paycheck
• Strong supervision model to encourage autonomy
• 1 ANE to 8-10 CRNAs per day
• Variety of cases - doing everything except bariatrics and transplants
• Flexible schedule - 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• 12 OR Suites
• Must be cardiac trained to take call - 24-hour in-house call
  • All in-house call hours go toward 80 hrs/pay period
• Opportunity to make over 300K with call
• 100K in student loan assistance OR up to 60K sign-on bonus
