Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service, clean, and sanitize employee common areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, entryways, and other areas as required.
- Dust, clean, and sanitize various surfaces, including floors, mats, door handles, windows, mirrors, and other areas as required.
- Empty and dispose of trash receptacles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Mix water, detergents, or other cleaning solutions as needed, following safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
- Monitor and report any issues related to safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance needs. Appropriately escalating high-risk and major repairs in a timely manner as necessary.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- All other duties as needed.
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE
