Our job summary

This position is for a Family Medicine physician in a faith-based, outpatient-only practice in Hartford, CT, providing comprehensive care excluding obstetrics. The physician will manage a diverse patient population including pediatrics, geriatrics, women's health, and minor procedures, with minimal on-call responsibilities. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care, team collaboration, and has opportunities for partnership and mission work.

Excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to join CMDA member in a faith-based, outpatient only practice in the Hartford area. Physician must be skilled in the full scope of Family Medicine including Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Women s Health and Minor Procedures. No OB. Physician will average 15-16 patients daily and call is telephone call only and is every other week during weekdays and one in every 6-8 weekends. Patients admitted to Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center (617 beds) in Hartford, CT.

We are a full scope family medicine practice committed to serving patients in a patient-centered medical home practice that embraces patient care for the whole person. We are in a call group of 3 other family medicine practices, telephone call only. Our vision is to grow the practice to include 2 to 3 physicians and 2-3 NPs/PAs. We approach care as a team and serve patients with a supportive staff that cares.

Salary: $220,000

Partnership: Available after 1-2 years if desired

Vacation and Sick Leave: 4 weeks

CME: 1 week
