Position Highlights
- Outpatient orthopedic anesthesia - 5 ORs with advanced regional anesthesia suite
- 4-day workweek - Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (flexible)

- Perform 20-25 ultrasound-guided regional blocks per day (single-shot and continuous)
- High-volume orthopedic and sports medicine cases: hand, wrist, elbow, and lower extremity
- Collaborative practice model: anesthesiologists supervise 5-6 CRNAs daily
- Precept residents/SRNAs in regional anesthesia rotation if desired
- $450,000 annual base salary
- 340 hours PTO ( 8.5 weeks) - flexible usage, no minimum increment
