Dane Street, a nationally recognized Independent Review Organization (IRO), is expanding its panel of Physician Reviewers. We are currently seeking Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons with an active Illinois medical license to perform Utilization Reviews.

This is a fully remote, non-clinical role ideal for physicians seeking flexible, supplemental income.

• Review medical records for medical necessity

• Use state-specific and national clinical guidelines

• Deliver clear, evidence-based determinations

• Turnaround: typically 1 5 business days

• May include peer-to-peer calls and addenda

• Independent contractor (1099)

• Flat rate per case

• Cases take 15 minutes

• Work from anywhere

• You control your volume and schedule

• No patient interaction or treatment

• Chronological, pre-organized records
