MS/Tele RN – Key Highlights (Artesia) Experience: 3+ years MS/Tele required | PCU/Stepdown preferred | First-time travelers accepted Certs: BLS, ACLS Unit: 26 beds | Ratios 1:3–5 | No ICU (PCU within unit) Skills: Tele interpretation (Mindray), drips, occasional titration; intubation maintenance preferred Drips: Insulin, Amiodarone, Levophed (multiple protocols) Support: RT 24/7 | CNAs 1:8 | Charge takes reduced assignment Schedule: 7a–7p / 7p–7a | Every other weekend | Flexible scheduling (no block guarantee) Floating: None (CNA may float for sitter) Scrubs: Navy Blue | EMR: CPSI Orientation: 1–2 days with preceptor
