- 24-hour call shifts, 15 shifts per month
- 4 hours on-site presence expected per 24-hour shift
- Emergency surgical cases occur every 3-4 days
- 4 hours of patient contact time expected per shift
- Cardiothoracic surgery expertise required
- Surgical procedures required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
