Compensation Package
- $300,000 - $447,000 salary, a 2-year contract with health insurance
- 401K with an 8% match
- 6 weeks PTO, 7 days sick (accrued), 6 Paid Holidays & 5 days paid CME ($5,000 for CME)
- $20,000 relocation
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- $1500 stipend through the last year of training
