Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages in a team-based, integrated multi-site community health program near Coos Bay, OR. Position offers low patient volume (12–14), no call/weekends/holidays, competitive salary ($155K–$175K) and robust benefits including retirement match, insurance, loan repayment, licensure/CME support. Candidates must hold or obtain an active unrestricted OR license, current DEA, national board certification, and have women’s health experience.

This multi-site health program offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs. Providers enjoy lower patient volume (12-14), no call, no weekends, no holidays.
Competitive salary ($155K-$175K) and generous benefits including paid medical/dental/vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 6% 401k retirement match, paid holidays and PTO. Loan repayment options, paid licensure and dues and assistance with $3,500 CME are also available.
