Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • OTE $75k+
  • Tiered commission structure:
    • 3% on contracts up to $50,000
    • 4% on contracts from $50,001 – $150,000
    • 5% on contracts over $150,000
  • Residual commissions:
    • 2% on first-year renewals
    • 1% on second-year renewals

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience preferred (B2B, staffing, security, or service-based industries highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage time independently and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Must Haves:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial properties, events, and organizations
  • Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs and recommend tailored security solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach activity
  • Deliver compelling proposals and confidently negotiate service agreements
  • Track and manage all sales activities, leads, and closed deals within CRM systems
  • Coordinate seamless client transitions to internal operations after closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience selling contract-based or recurring service solutions
  • Existing network within property management, event planning, or commercial business sectors
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with decision-makers
  • Experience working in a performance-based or commission-driven environment
