The CDL Airport Shuttle Dispatcher is responsible for safely operating shuttle vehicles, assisting passengers including those with ADA needs, and providing exceptional customer service at Pittsburgh International Airport. The role requires a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement, a medical card or DOT physical, and the ability to work flexible hours. This position emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to DOT regulations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Spirit of the Position:
A LAZ CDL Dispatcher representative will greet, transmit and check in/out guests' through the shuttle process. How do you know if this is the right job for you?! Greet customers, assist clients with parking services. Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude. Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Must have Class A or B License
- Must have passenger endorsement
- Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
Principle Job Duties:
- Safely operating company vehicles.
- GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
- Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
- Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
- Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years with a CDL w/ passenger endorsement
- Class A or B license
- Comply with Federal DOT, State and Local Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement.
- Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)
