A Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician is sought to provide comprehensive maternity and gynecological care including routine and complex deliveries, surgical procedures, and outpatient gynecology services. The role includes clinic coverage, weekend call rotation, and requires certifications in fetal monitoring and emergency life support. The position is located in a regional medical center in Russellville, AR, offering a collaborative environment with advanced diagnostic capabilities and competitive compensation.

The area provides excellent outdoor recreation opportunities with proximity to lakes, mountains, and parks while maintaining a convenient location between Little Rock and Fort Smith.
Facility:
This regional medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Russellville community and surrounding areas. The facility features in-house lab and ultrasound capabilities, on-site NST services, and a collaborative practice environment with NP support in the clinic setting.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• Clinic coverage 4 days per week, 8am-4pm with a one-hour lunch
• Call rotation of 1:4
• Weekend coverage from Friday 8am to Monday 8am
• IMLC providers considered but must have Quality Letter in hand
• Must have PALS and fetal monitoring certifications
• BLS certification required
• Providers should be comfortable with both low and high-risk pregnancies
• Competency in FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
• Ability to perform and interpret OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted)
• Experience with amniocentesis procedures
• Skilled in routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps) and decision-making for c-sections
• Capable of managing complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
• Experience with VBAC deliveries
• Ability to repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Proficiency in office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
• Surgical gynecology skills including open procedures and laparoscopic procedures
• Experience with major operative procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
• Must have Arkansas license or IMLC
• Expedited privileges available for providers with clean histories
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
