RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Float between multiple patient care units as needed
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served
• Ensure quality care is provided in efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards
• Must maintain current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification required and must be maintained without grace period for renewal
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program required
• Must demonstrate current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to developmental age of patients
• Must be knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in delivery of care
• Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking
• Requires heavy physical effort to position, push, and transfer patients or equipment
• Must have hearing and visual acuity within normal or correctable limits
• Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination required
• Subject to bloodborne pathogen exposure and infectious diseases
• Flexible schedule required due to unexpected changes and emergencies
