The role involves patient care in family medicine with some inpatient rounding, with flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation package including benefits and loan repayment assistance. Assignment: PermNeed: BC/BE Family Practice Provider (FP w/OB is a plus)Where: Northwest KansasAbout the Position:Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and BC/BE (truly BE) in FamilyMedicine. We offer benefits which include Health, Dental, Life Insurance,Retirement Plan, CME, & Malpractice coverage. We offer State loanrepayment.Current KS license, or will accept Providers needing KS State license.Average Patients per day: 18-20Payer Mix: 61% Commercial, 23% Medicare, 11% Medicaid, 5% SelfEMR: Aprima / CPSIOutpatient family practice with some inpatient coverage required.InPatient: Rounding, admitting. ER handles codes and procedures.Clinic Hours: 7a-6pProvider Schedule: Flexible 40 hours week. Can work 4 or 5 days a week.Will be joining clinic with seven other BC PhysiciansMinimal Call ScheduleNo Weekends or Nights (covered by APPs)Family Practice Physician compensation and benefits include:The family practice opportunity offers a very market competitive guaranteed base salary 1st Year.
