MIXED ACUITY UNIT- dependent upon patient census. If caring for ICU level patients NP ratio is 1:2. If caring for telemetry patients NP ratio is 1:4-5. Must be competent and confident with both patient populations.
**PLEASE ENSURE TRAVELER UNDERSTANDS: They will be expected to care for critical care patients or a full load of tele patients throughout the assignment.”
EKG EXAM REQUIRED: Will be required to pass an advanced dysrhythmia test for competency assessment
Nights weekend coverage: every other or every third # Weekend Shifts per Contract: 2/month
2 years required ACLS BLS and NIH required First time traveler accepted!
Patient Diagnoses: Cardiac Critical Care General Medical Critical Care Special Procedures/Unit Details: CRRT Balloon Pump Impella Pace Makers
