Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a surgical specialty organization in South Dakota to recruit a new BC/BE Anesthesiologist! This nationally recognized center is a leader in Orthopedics, Spine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and GYN, with a new Cardiac Cath Lab service line launching this fall. The team provides high-level regional anesthesia, averaging thousands of blocks per year, and offers an excellent work-life balance with minimal weekend involvement. The community is growing rapidly and offers outstanding outdoor recreation and amenities.
Practice Information
- Team includes 3 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs in a care-team model
- Robust regional anesthesia program with 6,000 blocks annually
- Oversight of pre- and post-anesthesia care units and collaboration with a pre-anesthesia testing clinic
- Flexible schedules with strong work-life balance
- Home call; average 1:14, never first or second call
- Compensation floor of $575,000 for the first two years with potential to exceed base with personally performed wRVUs
- $150,000 retention incentive after three years at 1.0 FTE
- Case Mix: Orthopedics, Ortho and Neuro Spine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Plastics, Cardiac Cath, Minor Vascular, 5%-10% healthy pediatrics
