Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): Experienced MS RN – 2 + years. Must have ICU and ER experience. Strong critical thinking, ability to learn new systems quickly, good teamwork and communication skills, prioritization skills
Charting Experience: Care Scape patient monitors, , Epic EMR, Pyxis for medication dispersion.
General Job Duties: general nursing skills. Generally will see geriatric patients with CHF or COPD, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, surgical patients admitted for close observation, , and other general medical concerns.
Float Requirements (campuses and/or units): float to ICU to assist if needed.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: No
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: every other weekend/ holiday
