Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages
- Manage a diverse patient population, including some Chronic Pain Management cases
- Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters
- Minimum of 18 patients seen per day
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

- EMR System: Epic
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 16
- Rounding: Not Applicable
Qualifications
- Provider Type: Physician (MD, DO)
- Board Certification: Certified
- License Requirement: Licensed in CA only
- BLS Certification: Required
- DEA Certification: Active DEA needed before the start
Practice Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Patient Population: Mix of pediatrics and adults (Will consider IM only)
- Decision Timeframe: Typically within 7-14 days
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30-90 days
- Immunizations Required: Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization
