The Practice:
• 7 24-hour shifts a month - option to do -hour shifts instead.
• No at-home call.
• Low patient census -2-6 patients per day.
• Collaborate with 5 other pediatric hospitalists.
• Case mix includes attending deliveries, ED consults, and other inpatient rounding. No PICU or NICU requirements.
