We are seeking a board-certified/board eligible Neonatologist to join our growing Ochsner Neonatology Team at one of our community Level III NICU located on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain at St. Tammany Parish Hospital.

The NICU includes 24/7 NNP in-house coverage.
The NICU participates in the Vermont Oxford Network and eligible to participate in Ochsner system-based neonatal QI projects.

Ochsner Children's Hospital includes a 67-bed Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 14-bed PICU, a 12-bed pediatric CV-ICU, a NAEC-accredited level IV, 4 bed Pediatric EMU and a 44-bed Pediatric Acute Care unit, with a dedicated pediatric emergency room, supported by a 24-7 pediatric and neonatal transport team utilizing rotary and fixed wing aircraft, as well as ground transport. Last year we broke ground on a new 5-story Children's Hospital on our main campus in New Orleans, with expected opening in quarter 1 of 2028.
Ochsner Children's Hospital has an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program and is also responsible for teaching pediatric residents from the Tulane-Ochsner Pediatric Residency program as well as medical students from both Tulane and the University of Queensland.
