We are expanding our orthopedic team and are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for clinic, hospital, and hybrid roles across Central Pennsylvania, including Camp Hill, Carlisle, Harrisburg, Hershey, and York.

Patient volume, surgical demand, and geographic coverage are growing. Openings are available to provide hospital-based surgical care, walk-in orthopedic services, and specialty clinics. Providers will enjoy autonomy, surgical and clinical experience, and opportunities for leadership. Immediate needs exist at our new- York campus opening in 2026.
Your Role
•Clinic: Can do 3x12 shifts or 4x10 shifts, 1 evening/week, 2 weekends/month, 25+ patients/day
•Hospital: High autonomy, full surgical exposure, ED consults, inpatient care, call 1 night/week + 1 weekend/4 weeks
•Hybrid: Combine clinic + hospital responsibilities, with 1:1 physician-APP model options
