Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician (Near Sebring, FL) Are you a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a growing community near Sebring, FL? We're looking for skilled and experienced physicians to join our team and provide high-quality care at our state-of-the-art Freestanding Emergency Room (FER), opened in March 2023. This is a locum tenens position with a 3-month contract (with the possibility to extend) and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic new facility. What We Offer: Modern Facility & Advanced Technology: Our brand new FER boasts over 11,000 square feet of space, featuring 11 well-equipped emergency room bays, including a dedicated trauma bay. Utilize state-of-the-art imaging technology including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology for efficient patient diagnosis and treatment. Separate adult and pediatric waiting areas ensure patient comfort, and all treatment rooms offer privacy. An ambulance bay facilitates seamless patient transfer from EMS providers. 24/7 Physician Coverage & Integration: Our FER operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with physician coverage around the clock. Patients requiring inpatient admission will be seamlessly transferred to the main hospital campus for continued care by our exceptional team of intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists. Flexible Physician Eligibility: We welcome applications from Board-certified/eligible Emergency Medicine physicians (MD or DO).
