- ≥6 months hands-on nursing experience (no new grads)
- Current CPR with hands-on component

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practiceCompact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Not currently accepting new graduate nurses. 6 months hands on experience required Must have reliable transportation
