Sterile Processing Technician

Overnight shift with hands-on sterile instrumentation work in a hospital setting. Sterile Processing Technician, night shift (Mon–Fri 10:30pm–7:00am), on-site at a hospital; ongoing/permanent role. - High School diploma or GED - 1+ year SPD experience preferred - Sterile Processing Tech certification preferred - Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing - Knowledge of instrumentation, sterile/aseptic technique, and medical terminology

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year of experience in a hospital Sterile Processing Department, preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration: Sterile Processing Tech Certification, preferred.
• Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Demonstrates knowledge of instrumentation and sterile/aseptic technique. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions to assemble instrument sets and trays. Ability to learn and understand medical terminology.
