Exciting Opportunity for Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists in Atlanta, GA
Pediatrix is seeking 2 exceptional Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to join our well-established, large practice in Atlanta, GA. This consultative practice, established in 1995, provides services in four office locations and supports five hospitals including Northside Hospital and Gwinnett Medical Center - recognized as two of the premier hospitals in the area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attractive call and coverage schedule
- Combine to average about 25,000 deliveries annually across facilities
- Enjoy a good payer mix of patients while sharing patient care with a large TEAM of providers including Eight MFMs and Seven OB/GYNs
- Access strong clinical and operational support in the clinics with a large team of experienced NPs and Sonographers
- Most hospitals provide OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage and NICUs are covered by an affiliated group of Neonatologists
- Be a part of a pioneering practice in telemedicine in the state of Georgia
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Open to new fellowship graduates and experienced providers
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years from residency) in OB/GYN
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years from residency) in Maternal Fetal Medicine subspecialty
- Georgia Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
- Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (to be completed before start)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - no exemptions
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Georgia Medical License
