Annual Salary: $180k-$200k (Varies depending on years of experience)
Our client is a patient-centered outpatient clinic seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their growing primary care team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on serving our Russian-speaking community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, collaborative practice, and a balanced schedule without inpatient or hospital call responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management
- Build long-term patient relationships with a focus on culturally sensitive, compassionate care
- Communicate effectively with patients in Russian and English to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and health education
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and make appropriate referrals
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in New York
- Fluency in Russian is required
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing inclusive, patient-centered care
