Shift Times: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (12-hour shifts)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend / holidays as required
On-Call: None
Patient & Staffing Details:Patient Ratio: 6:1 maximum
Support Staff: 2 LNA’s, Nurse Lead, House Supervisor
EMR: EPIC
Requirements:3+ years current Med Surg experience – required
Charge RN experience – required
EPIC EMR experience – highly preferred
ACLS and BLS required
Job Summary:Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients
Implement nursing standards in all processes of care
Provide leadership and guidance within the unit as needed
