Position: PA/NP
Location: St. Cloud VA Health Care System, St. Cloud, MN Salary: $9216/week
Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 4 PM - 8 AM (16 hours)
• Weekends: 24/48-hour shifts
• Option to work 1 week on and 2 weeks off as permitted by the VA

Average Workload:

• 2 patient transfers
• 3 program admissions per 16-hour shift

License: Any State Active PA/ NP license accepted Certifications: Certification in Adult Health / Geriatrics / Family / Primary Care, BLS Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Must provide 4 references with resume
