Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract
• On-call rotation requirement of 5-9 days per month with callback responsibilities
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• Must have 1-2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assistant
• Required certifications: CST FA program with certification and BLS
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Experience with EPIC charting system required
• Work with patients of all ages in various surgical specialties
• Skillset includes general surgery, general robotics, total joints with and without Mako Robot (Zimmer, Stryker, some Smith & Nephew), podiatry, and spine procedures
• Must demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well
• Work in 5 operating rooms plus 1 minor procedure room
• Scrubs provided by facility
• No local candidates within 40-mile radius accepted
