UCHealth is seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our ICU Float Pool, providing high-level care across multiple facilities. This critical role demands adaptability and the ability to work comfortably in highly variable environments based on staffing needs. Our RNs in the ICU Float Pool are integral to our commitment to patient-centered care, demonstrating flexibility and a high level of clinical expertise. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering treatment, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the effective operation of critical care settings across various shifts.
