Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (ENT) - Full-Time Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient private practice serving the Milwaukee area. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering excellent mentorship, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work across multiple nearby clinic locations.

• Wauwatosa, WI 53222

• Milwaukee, WI 53221

• Franklin, WI 53132

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and physical exams

• Diagnose and treat ENT-related and general medical conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

• Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and care plans

• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR

• Support outpatient care delivery across multiple clinic locations

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (WI license or eligible)

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

• ENT experience preferred but not required

• New graduates welcome to apply
