Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a seasonal Med/Surg position on a medical telemetry unit with night shifts and a TN or compact RN license requirement.

Responsibilities

• Position based in a hospital setting on the 4 West Medical Telemetry unit
• Medical-surgical patient population with telemetry monitoring
• Night shift schedule from 7:00PM to 7:00AM
• 13-week seasonal travel contract assignment
• Provide care to adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Work in a supportive hospital team environment
• No housing expenses supported for this assignment
• Three separate files required for consideration: application, SSN and DOB documentation, and a complete professional profile

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in medical-surgical nursing
• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
