Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour shifts per week on Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Must work at least every other holiday
• 18 months permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel assignments
• 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required (travel experience acceptable)
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date
• Complete pre-start modules (billable up to 4 hours) via Silkroad system
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Submit hours worked through Qualivis Lotus system
