Join a founding nursing team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art Endoscopy unit. Registered Nurse — Endoscopy. Full-time 0.9 FTE (72 hrs/2 weeks), 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p). Wilmington, NC (109 Scotts Hill Medical Drive). Permanent role at a modern outpatient/endoscopy facility with comprehensive orientation and mentoring. - RN licensed in North Carolina (required)
- Minimum 3 years in critical care or equivalent (required)
- ACLS and PALS (preferred)
- Prior ASC/OP suite and leadership experience (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; strong communication and training skills

Comprehensive orientation and training program designed to set new team members up for success, with ongoing support from experienced preceptors and leadership. What We're Looking For:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting, required. Prior ASC or OP suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Licensed as an RN in North Carolina, required. ACLS and PALS certification, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Strong background in patient centric care; Experience with facilitating education and training; Must have the ability to complete assignments required for Medicare, TJC/AAAHC and other required organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, Excel and Outlook. Experience in leadership roles; Strong ethical and moral character references; Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication. Accuracy and attention to detail without compromise of patient care. Additional Skills (preferred): Proficiency in PowerPoint
