This is an on-site position and requires residency or relocation to Palm Desert CA.

Director of F&B Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Resort Director of F&B role
• Experience with full resort operations, including all F&B outlets, in-room dining, stewarding, amenities, etc
• Passion for hands-on leadership, being visible in operations and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the entire team
• Excellent guest relations, warm and genuine hospitality mentality
• Experience with marketing plans, social media, and sales generating initiatives
• Experience with forecast budgeting, annual revenue and cost projections
• Experience with HR, training and employee evaluations and resolutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs and ordering/inventory software

Director of F&B Preferred Background & Skills:

• Resort background with golf course, spa and other luxury amenities
• Proficient with ProfitSword, Agilysys, and UKG
• Culinary experience
