- Maintain guest satisfaction with the assistance of the staff
- Coach and develop team members on a daily basis to improve the guest experience
- Work with fellow managers to obtain weekly budget goals
- Maintains weekly inventories and schedules
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Open minded, Hands-on Leadership Skills
- 3+ years GM experience
- Full Service Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ServeSafe (Preferred)
