We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our award-winning interventional pain management practice full time in Leonardtown, MD. 30-mile residential radius requirement to support reliable commuting, schedule consistency, and long-term retention so the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must live within 30 miles of the office.

Job Responsibilities:- Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
- Recommendation of pain management procedures to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care
- Coordination of care with other community physicians and health care providers
- Pharmacologic management of pain and related conditions
- Eagerness to develop new patient referrals and community awareness of our services
- Commitment to helping all parts of our organization succeed
- Providing hope, compassion, and sound medical advice to our patients and our community
Candidate Qualifications:- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Maryland
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Favorable malpractice history
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- DEA license
- Must have clinical experience working in a private practice
- Must live within 30 miles of Leonardtown
Total compensation (range): - $130k plus an additional $25k-$50k in performance bonuses for a total compensation of $155k-$180k
