The Manager works with the staff to ascertain that care given to patientswithin the hospital is in accordance with physician's orders and in conformity with JCAHO andMedicare standards and current ODH rules and regulations. This managementposition is responsible for the appropriate utilization of resources to optimize patient carethrough delegating and coordinating of care in the Cath Lab and Holding areas. Thisposition integrates patient care services within the hospital's primary functions. Directlysupervises professional, technical and clerical staff and the services and programs provided inthe patient care area. They promote a positive working environment and motivates staff toperform to the best of their abilities. Performs all work in accordance to the mission, vision andvalues of Mercy Memorial Health Center.Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, andMercy Service Standards. Position Details:Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree required
Licensure: National registration as a Radiology Technician or State licensure as an RN
Experience: minimum one year Supervisory experience
Certifications: BLS Required.
