Contract Nurse Practitioner needed for a Family Practice/Primary Care role at a corporate health clinic in New Hope, MN from Feb 16–May 13. Provider will manage patients ages 2+ for primary care, acute episodic visits, physicals, wellness (including well-woman exams), and some occupational health; shifts are Mon–Tue 11:30am–6:00pm and Wed–Fri 6:00am–12:30pm. Requires minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience; clinic includes RN and licensed clinical social worker support.
