As a member of the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool, you’ll bring your expertise to WellStar facilities, stepping in where you’re needed most. What You’ll Do: • Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care—assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation. • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes. • Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions. • Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with WellStar standards. What You’ll Bring: Experience : • Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience. Education : • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Licensure/Certifications : • Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) • BLS – Basic Life Support from AHA. • ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support Skills : Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
