- 24-25 hour shifts, 8 am - 9 am for handoff
- Level III NICU with ADC 13, can get up to 18 babies
- 3 or more shifts per month with flexible scheduling
- Intubations, chest tubes, umbilical lines, and arterial lines
- Coverage needed due to staffing challenges
- 23+ weekers with mix of feeder grower and intensive care
- Independent overnight coverage with MD on call
