Assistant Restaurant General Manager

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• A proven track record of performance and upward career growth
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Aloha and Schedulefly (preferred)
• Current TIPS certification and Board of Health certifications

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations
• Step confidently into service, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong culture
• Foster positive vendor relationships that support operational excellence and profitability
• Help drive performance, accountability, and a consistently exceptional guest experience
