Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday Clinic days: 9 am to 4 pm Procedure days: 7 am to 4 pm Call: Every other weekend offsite cell/pager EP physician coverage during weekdays Weekday nights and weekends cardiologists may call if they need EP input EP physician availability on weekends (rotating with other EPs) for emergent device implants Setting: Inpatient/outpatient Duties: EP procedures EP service Clinic visits Required Procedures: Afib ablations Device implants (high and low voltage) SVT ablations, etc. EMR: EPIC FTE: Full time Support Staff: Nursing and Medical Assistant, Cardiac Device RNs Reason for Coverage: Provider out/low staff Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 30-45 days Requirements: Credentialing with other facilities?
