Radius Rule: 50 miles Cannot have worked FT/PT/PRN or perm at any CommonSpirit / CHI / Dignity facility in the past 12 months Unit: Acuity-adaptable MCU (ICU/PCU/MST in one unit; no inter-unit floating) Beds: 10 Ratios: ICU 1:2 | PCU 1:4 | MST 1:5–6 (1:3 primary care if no NA) Experience: 2+ years ICU required May accept 1 yr ICU + 1 yr PCU/Med-Surg (large facility & strong skills) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Skills: Titration of sedation, vasopressors, insulin; 12-lead EKGs; cardiac monitoring Patient Mix: ICU: Sepsis, COPD, respiratory failure, DKA, COVID, withdrawals, post-op complications PCU: Non-titrated infusions for HR/BP support Support: RT available (vents, BiPAP, CPAP); Remote monitor techs for PCU/MST; RNs read strips Schedule: 12-hr shifts 07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30 Weekends: Every other (Days: Sat/Sun | Nights: Fri/Sat) Holidays: Rotational Standby: Possible during low census Floating: Adult MST in ED & Peds unit West Campus (Prescott) ICU/PCU; med-surg 1:5 if assigned 2-hour notice before floating Scrubs: Any color except camouflage Orientation: Hospital + unit-specific
