A well-established, physician-owned primary care practice in Sugar Hill, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Family Practice Physician to join their team. This full-service practice has been serving the community since 1990, offering fast, effective, and affordable medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses. With a main office and a satellite location, the practice provides convenient access to care for patients in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
Conduct wellness visits and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Utilize the secure patient portal to manage and review patient information effectively.
Offer same-day sick visits and accommodate walk-in patients as needed.
Collaborate with a bilingual team to ensure effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
Participate in extended availability, including some Saturday appointments, to meet patient needs.
Qualifications:
