Permanent position, 3.5 days/week, ~6–8 patient visits/day, rounding on adult and geriatric patients in one or more skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. - Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Active FL medical license (or eligible) - Experience with geriatric care and SNF/long-term care rounding - Ability to manage primary care for adult and elderly patients - Comfortable with 6–8 patient encounters per day
