What you can expect at your practice:
- Full-time position; (3) 13s Day/Night schedule with rotating weekends
- Provide direct inpatient care for neurosurgery patients including pre- and post-operative management
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, develop treatment plans
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the neurosurgery team
- Manage and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
